(Lava Delta isn't a spell.) Black spells you cast cost more to cast. Activated abilities of other artifacts can't be activated unless they're mana abilities. When Lava Delta enters the battlefield, put a land you control on the bottom of its owner's library. : Add  to your mana pool.
